Come together in our online community for your monthly Continuum Movement Meditation.

A time each month to drop below the chatter and open to a vast reservoir of well being.

Lynette works with people of all ages and all movement experiences and abilities. She has worked with clients preparing for and recovering from surgery; rebuilding strength from chronic illness and injury; aging brain health, paralysis from stroke, and enhancing intrinsic awareness through guided movement explorations.

Lynette’s guided movement meditation is a creative and aesthetic experience. We engage in a movement process that is gentle and contemplative as it generates vitality and supple strength. Gradually we move into an extended movement exploration. Sessions are designed for all levels of mobility and experience.

Prior to taking your class I didn’t see the feminine as having much value, I thought of it as weak. I didn’t know how profound it could be. Through the power of the movements we did in class, I was able to experience the visionary aspect of the feminine and I want to pursue that further. I felt very refreshed and nurtured.

Together we are able to create an environment of acceptance and protection with each other. This safe place allows us to deepen into potent energy for a powerful shared movement experience. Dwelling in this place is where regeneration can occur. Even online, this field of intentionality can be felt.

I’ve had lung problems since I was a kid –allergies, bronchitis, pneumonia, etc. During the two hour workshop lots of old layers of gunk arose, and I was able to get deep into my system with Lynette’s teaching. It also felt good to inhabit my body fully after shoulder surgery.
