Work with Lynette

You can meet with Lynette privately, join the monthly Continuum Movement Meditation or professional development training program.

Underneath that wild pace we call a lifestyle is an inner pulse. Lynette Kessler offers ways to find that inner pulse and move into creative transformation.

First we need to acknowledge, admit, and surrender to the fact that everyday we need to tend to our bodies, our emotions, stress, spirit, or in other words our whole being.

Some may think they have the body thing down by frantically exercising however so much is being left behind. The same amount of time could easily be spent moving in an embodied state rather than exercising wildly and increasing cortisol levels.

Together we can develop an ongoing experiential movement practice towards wellness.

Using an embodied somatic approach Lynette Kessler offers ways to increase fluid-like motion which can open up communication along various networks throughout the body that may have become stuck for one reason or another. With more fluidity we begin to relax deeply into a more open and receptive state of being which essentially affects everything.

We create supple strength and an overall sense of well-being through Lynette’s movement meditations and at the same time we build resilience for our lives. Having a go-to movement practice can be helpful to recover from stressors as they happen. And, we embody adaptability- a critical skill in today's world.

Whether online or in-person practicing movement together in community we feel greater connection, peaceful solitude, an infusion of spirit along with a myriad of physical benefits.

Teresa, Designer

Lynette Kessler's work should not be called "dance" nor "movement" though it
uses both definitions texturally in the work. It is breath and movement used as a means by which to simultaneously enter one's body and enter the world in pure presence. It is a means to opening one's self by a practice of deep listening to our own bodies and honoring what we discover. I experienced profound peace in my body, and awareness of stored emotion I didn't know was there. I also experienced a breakthrough in my artwork after my first class. I highly recommend and acknowledge this work as an important tool for healing and growth.
